What is the Int-eComm 2023 Program
The Int-eComm Program, like the previous ones mentioned: Xpande, Xpande Digital, Innoxport y GMI, is a program whose main objective is to support companies to increase their international positioning. Specifically, Int-Ecomm does so by increasing online sales in a specific foreign market through an e-commerce strategy. It contributes to the incorporation of the digital strategy in the company, thus reinforcing its internationalization process.
Phases of the Int-eComm 2023 Program
The Int-eComm 2023 program is made up of two phases: a first for advice, and a second for financial aid for the implementation of the measures.
Phase I: Technical advice to the SME
The first phase of the Int-eComm 2023 Program is free for beneficiary companies. In this, a technical specialist in internationalization from the corresponding organization will help the company design an e-commerce plan for a specific international market. Some of the activities you will do are:
- Internal company analysis
- External analysis
- Market analysis
- Design of an e-commerce strategy with an Action Plan for the market that the company has selected.
Once the actions to be carried out have been defined, the company will access the financial aid of the second phase, with which it will be able to execute and develop its strategy by investing in different tasks and hiring expert consultants in internationalization, like us: RRYP.
Phase II: Financial aid
In the financial aid phase, the company has a budget of €7000 co-financed by FEDER funds.
