Likewise, you declare that you are a professional who provides services related to the internationalization of companies or who acts on behalf of a company interested in these services, in both cases, of legal age, with sufficient capacity to contract this service, which includes the stated here and assumes the obligations that will govern the relations between you and RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL. In addition, you affirm that any information you provide or provide to RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL is accurate, complete and up-to-date, and that you will always act with due diligence.

As a professional user, you declare that your activity, company or entity that you represent has been duly constituted, its existence is legitimate, it operates in commercial traffic in accordance with the legislation that corresponds to your country of activity, and you have the right, power and authority to sign this agreement, carrying out the obligations provided for in it, and may grant the rights, licenses and authorizations required by it.

This document develops the general conditions of electronic contracting. By signing it, the professional/company accepts that these conditions have not been negotiated individually in accordance with Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Law 34/2002 on Information Services and Electronic Commerce and those that could be applicable. Thus, for the purposes of this agreement, the terms “we”, “our”, “us” and “RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO” will refer to the company RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL and its online platform www.relacionateypunto.com, and “you” or “You” will refer to the professional or company that hires the services, regardless of whether it offers or demands internationalization services.

I.i. The user and the relationship between the parties. This agreement is signed between the following parties:

• On the one hand, RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL
• On the other hand, professionals offering internationalization services and companies demanding internationalization services that hire our services and are registered as users of our platform, who will use it to promote their business internationalization operations, both as demanders and providers of these services; RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL is dedicated exclusively to providing an optimal virtual space for this.

Users will register with the figures of 1) company or 2) internationalization services professional; They are the only ones responsible for the agreements reached between them through the internal channels of the platform or external to it.

The service offered by RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL with respect to users in relation to its platform is limited to the administration, management and making available to users of the web platform. www.relacionateypunto.com through which users will be able to contact other users (some providers of internationalization services and other demanders of these services) so that they, under their own responsibility, can negotiate and contract the services offered by other users on their own. , without RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO SL offering any service in the potential negotiation and contracting of the services offered by users of the platform.

In this way, we reserve the right to, at any time and without prior notice, deny access to this site to those users who fail to comply with any of these conditions.

I. ii. Contracting process for RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO services. Based on your own criteria and consideration:

1. You will need to select one of our available subscription plans.
2. 6. Therefore, in the next 24 hours (on a business day), the username and password to be entered on our platform, as well as a copy of this contract and the data provided, will be sent to you via email you provide us.

I. iii. Technical means to correct errors.

Therefore, RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL is not responsible for i) the information entered by the users of the platform on the platform, ii) the agreements made between the users of the platform, whether they are formed internally or externally to the platform or iii) the characteristics of the service offered by users through the platform. Said transactions or operations of sale or provision of services will be carried out in accordance with the stipulations that the parties involved in them decide, without any intervention from RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL, which will only provide an online space for contact between them.

In no case will we be responsible for any damage, harm and/or defect derived from any service that users contract among themselves or for any inaccuracies and/or falsehoods in the information that users may provide. Therefore, you release us and agree to indemnify, defend and exonerate us, both RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO and its directors or employees, for any claims that as buyers or sellers may be made to us due to the operations, negotiations or contracts that you, freely and as internationalization professionals and companies from various sectors decide to carry out. Therefore, RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO does not offer any guarantee about the characteristics and functionalities of the products or services, their availability or the success of the operations arranged between the users themselves. In this way, RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO will not be responsible for claims and/or damages to people or things that arise from the services advertised on its platform.

I. ix. Tax aspects.

All fees and payments to RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO must be paid in relation to current legislation with Spain as our country of residence. Likewise, you will be responsible for their declaration in your country, accepting electronic invoices in the format and delivery method that we determine, notifying us of any additional information that must be included to comply with the applicable Law. The invoice will arrive to the email address that you have previously provided to us.

I.x. Modification of the stipulations.

In the event that modifications are made to the agreement, prior notification will be provided with a minimum period of 15 days. When a party's delay in performance or non-compliance with its obligations is due to force majeure, said party cannot be considered to have breached the contract, nor can it be held liable.

These particular conditions are part of the Contract Agreement with RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL, but, unless otherwise specified, they only affect and apply to this specific service.

The service CONNECT WITH COMPANIES is intended for professionals of internationalization services (that is, those who offer internationalization services to companies) and companies that demand these services, allowing them to connect with each other, thus promoting the internationalization services offered by the professionals of these services between companies with interest in hiring him in an environment ready for it.

II. ii. Contracting modalities.

Users who represent companies requiring internationalization services may only use this service to create a company profile where the data pertinent to the company is registered, allowing RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL to show it to other users and to consult the professionals who offer their services. on the platform. For users who represent claimants of these services, payment of any amount will not be necessary, and they will be able to access the service after accepting the relevant legal conditions.

Those users who, on the other hand, represent companies or professionals that offer internationalization services and use the platform to promote these services must contract the service through one of their plans detailed below with the conditions that are also stated. they express.

Registered users who subscribe to this plan will be able to publish their professional profile, advertise up to three (3) services, locate their profile in up to three (3) countries, show their phone number and email address, position their website and receive reviews of their clients. This information will be published in the profile of the platform corresponding to the internationalization services professional who contracts this plan. This allows companies interested in contracting internationalization services that are users of the platform to view and consult this information.

II. iii. iii. Business plan.

Registered users who contract this plan will be able to publish their professional profile, advertise up to five (5) services, locate their profile in up to five (5) countries, show their phone number and email address, position their website, receive reviews of your clients, highlight up to three ads, include the prices of the services you offer. This information will be published in the profile of the platform corresponding to the internationalization services professional who contracts this plan. This allows companies interested in contracting internationalization services that are users of the platform to view and consult this information. Furthermore, the premium plan also allows users who contract it access to a live chat with other users who are potentially interested in contracting its services.

II. iv. Operation of the service.

Internationalization service professionals publish on the platform the internationalization services they offer, their contact details and other information according to the plan they have contracted. II. v. Economic conditions.

The service CONNECT WITH COMPANIES will be free for companies that demand business internationalization services, while to use the service to promote the internationalization services offered by the user, the service should be contracted as a subscription in the three modalities offered for contracting: 1) starter plan, 2) pro plan and 3) business plan. By contracting the service in any of these three modalities, you authorize RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL to charge the corresponding contracted rate to your corresponding payment account; being non-refundable. Likewise, the prices correspond to the Euro (€) and can be paid in your local currency through the Stripe, Inc. payment gateway. The prices described below for the different modalities of contracting the service CONNECT WITH COMPANIES They will be paid monthly (that is, every 30 calendar days) in an automatically renewed subscription format. In this way, the amounts associated with each plan will be automatically charged monthly, after which the user will be given the right to use the service. CONNECT WITH COMPANIES for one month from the payment in the modality that has been contracted, after which the corresponding amount will be charged again unless the user decides to cancel this automatic renewal or change to a different plan.

The cost of hiring the service CONNECT WITH COMPANIES through this modality it will be THIRTY-FIVE EUROS AND NINETY-NINE CENTS (€35,99), giving the payment of this amount the right to use the service CONNECT WITH COMPANIES in the contracted modality for one month (30 days) from payment, after which the indicated amount will be charged again, giving the right to another month of use and renewing this subscription automatically.

II. v. iii. Business plan.

The cost of hiring the service CONNECT WITH COMPANIES Through this modality it will be FORTY-NINE EUROS AND NINETY-NINE CENTS (€49,99), giving the payment of this amount the right to use the service. CONNECT WITH COMPANIES in the contracted modality for one month (30 days) from payment, after which the indicated amount will be charged again, giving the right to another month of use and renewing this subscription automatically.

II. vi. Website and services.

RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL has the right to establish the design, content, functions, availability and properties of its website; as well as the products and services exhibited. Therefore, you may assign any of these rights or delegate any of your responsibilities.

II. vii. Account administration.

During the term of the contract, RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL will provide its user with access permission to their account on the platform. Through it you will be able to consult and modify the data displayed in your profile, as well as fully use the platform services that correspond to you depending on the contracted plan. Likewise, RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL may eliminate, limit or prevent access to your account when there is suspicion of unauthorized or fraudulent use. Furthermore, the user authorizes RELACIÓNATEYPUNTO, SL to 1) record and/or record the conversations/communications made with any other user through our platform and 2) require written or verbal confirmation of certain data that is registered on the platform. .
